These beautiful LED Light Up trainers have a combination of colour changing lights in the soles of the shoe. There is a charging port in each trainer for the battery to be charged. The trainers must be charged for a period of upto 3 hours. Each charge will allow the lights to function for upto 7 hours depending on which setting the lights has been set on.
